Our voyage starts in Kulusuk – a small village on the east coast of Greenland.
There are regular flights from Reykjavik to Kulusuk and way back. It is important that the cost of the tickets is not included in the package. You do not need to buy tickets the day before and after the program, because the expedition strictly follows the flight schedule. We recommend purchasing them in advance.
When you arrive in Kulusuk, a transfer to the ship will be waiting for you at the airport. In the evening there will be embarkation, dinner and the briefing from the captain. The whole trip will last 11 days, including the day of embarkation on the sailboat and the day of disembarkation.

Schedule: from Reykjavik to Kulusuk 5:30 PM – 6:15 PM;
From Kulusuk to Reykjavik 7:00 PM – 9:45 PM
(Iceland UTC +0, Greenland UTC -2)

Approximate round trip plane tickets price: €600 – €1300 depending on departure day

The expedition is open to men and women from 18 years old and teenagers from 12 years old accompanied by their parents.
No special experience is required to participate in the expedition. During the first two days, instructors will provide introductory lectures and hands-on training to interact with the ship's crew.

The format of the trek is tourist.
The guide-instructor on board shares informative information about the region and helps to integrate into the life of the ship.
For comfortable coexistence of all participants on board there is a dry law, it is forbidden to discuss politics and religion.

The participants of the trip can join the shipboard and housekeeping watches, as well as participate in the ship's work and sailing emergencies. A sailing emergency is an action with sails, rigging and rigging when performing maneuvers or changing weather conditions. In addition, it is possible (and very useful) to participate in general weather work. Our help is very valuable to the crew, but is completely voluntary.

We are one team, one crew. All work on the ship is subject to a schedule. The commands of the captain and instructors are binding.
For the comfortable coexistence of all participants on board there is a dry law, it is forbidden to discuss politics and religion. If we support each other, follow the rules and wash our hands before eating, the expedition is safe and comfortable.

On the first day of the expedition, the crew and captain will give you a safety briefing, teach you how to put on a life jacket and safety harness, and tell you how to act in case of fire and ship sinking. Your safety is always a priority.

Participants are accommodated in double and triple cabins, men and women - separately (except for couples and family/friends). Each cabin is equipped with a sink with cold and hot water. There are 3 showers and 3 toilets in common use, as well as a spacious lounge for meetings and events.

We will also send you detailed clothing recommendations in a supplemental briefing before the trip.
